Our online shop is based in Australia. All payment transactions are in Australian Dollars. For your convenience a currency selection is available on the site to assist you. For all enquiries please contact customer service

Shipping
All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia. You will be contacted within 5 working days should any problem arise regarding your order otherwise all orders will be shipped within 5 working days of payment. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.
Australia: Shipping is free within Australia for all orders of $50.00 AUD and over, for orders under $50.00 AUD a flat rate fee of $7.50 AUD will be charged. Our products are shipped by Australia Post, standard delivery within Australia is 1 to 5 working days.
International: Shipping is free for any purchase over US$140 / £90 / €99 / AU$150. For any other orders, shipping will be charged at a flat rate of AUD $20.00. International orders up to 2KG are shipped via Registered Post, a tracking number is available on request. The shipping method used for all orders over 2KG will be at our discretion. Standard delivery time is 5 to 15 working days. Delivery time in the destination country can vary and delays may occur past the allotted 15 working days. We have no control of customs authorities in the destination country or any delays they may incurr.

Products are shipped inside protective packaging that will ensure safe shipping.
Online Return and Exchange Policy
ZIBIBA will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging product within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact customer service to inquire.
ZIBIBA will gladly refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty items in accordance with the following processes for all online purchases.
1. You must notify ZIBIBA of the fault within 60 days of receiving the items.
2. Do not return the items unless you are instructed by ZIBIBA customer service to do so.
3. You must provide "proof of purchase", being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from ZIBIBA.
4. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. Refunds can also be made with Paypal payments. The refund will be processed as soon as the items have been returned, inspected and acceted by ZIBIBA.
5. Please note: only items purchased through our online store can be returned through our online store.
6. We will not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing or transit damage will be considered for refund. We do not refund or exchange due to “change of mind”.
7. Return post of the item to us is at the expense of the buyer, this will be refunded should your return request be accepted.
